Mr Porekuu holds Master of Science Degrees in   Monitoring and Evaluation, and Development Planning and Management. He is a Chartered Monitoring and Evaluation Expert and a non-resident Senior Research Fellow of the International Institute of Chartered Project Management (Monitoring and Evaluation) and is a trained development Planner. He has about 15 years of experience in project cycle management, measurement and evaluation of development service programmes, and applied research, feasibility studies, design, establishment, supervision and performance assessment of development interventions.  Peter has a strong knowledge of decentralization and Social Accountability, rural and inclusive finance models, electronic data collection, setting up and managing beneficiary feedback mechanisms. He has sound knowledge for interpreting and analyzing evidence from assessments and organizational performance, programme valuation, and preparing results projections.
