Mr. Abdulai is a consummate professional teacher with over thirty-five years of experience in the educational set up of Ghana. Before joining the EISD team, he was a deputy regional director of education in charge of non-formal education for the northern region. His passion has been for making teaching more learner centered and driven by ensuring Teachers have the requisite training to lead these efforts. Having risen through the ranks of the Ghana Education Service, his understanding of the educational landscape of Ghana is unmatched.
